Dr Lekshmi Bhai P S is the Principal of Management Studies at Kuniya College of Management and IT, Kasaragod, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, along with an MBA specializing in Marketing and Human Resource Management, and M.Com in International Business. Her academic interests include Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. She has made significant contributions to academic administration through the formulation of institutional academic plans, quality assurance frameworks, curriculum enrichment, and the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices. She has actively engaged in research, having published papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals and presented scholarly work at conferences in the domains of HR practices, financial risk management, and leadership in higher education. She is a certified trainer in CO-PO mapping, academic audit processes, and has conducted several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), career guidance workshops, and institutional capacity-building sessions. She also holds extensive experience in managing admission campaigns, academic audits, student mentoring systems, and has played a pivotal role in strengthening industry-institution linkages and placement support mechanisms within affiliated colleges. She remains committed to academic innovation, quality enhancement, and fostering a research-driven learning environment in management education.
